From May 13 to 15, 2022, the Phuong Mai 3 Wind Power Plant (located in the Nhon Hoi Economic Zone) had the honor of welcoming a delegation from South Korea, leaders from Binh Dinh Province, and representatives from the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) – Cau Giay Branch (Hanoi) to visit the wind power plant and the site designated for a water treatment plant.

The Phuong Mai 3 Wind Power Plant project in the Nhon Hoi Economic Zone (Quy Nhon, Binh Dinh) is invested by Central Wind Power JSC—a subsidiary of HALCOM Vietnam. The project has a capacity of 21 MW (comprising 6 turbines) and a total investment of approximately 45 million USD. It is being constructed on a total area of ​​122 hectares with an average annual electricity output of 65 million kWh; the project is currently nearing completion.
