On June 7 in Hanoi, the Party Committee of Halcom Vietnam JSC successfully held its Congress for the 2025–2030 term. The event was attended by representatives of the Dong Da District Party Committee, as well as members of the company’s leadership.
The Role of Party Organizations in Private Enterprises
Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Nguyễn Việt Dũng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, emphasized that during the past term, all cadres and Party members of Halcom Vietnam remained united and worked diligently to overcome challenges, gradually strengthening the company’s position in the investment and consulting sectors. The Party Committee successfully led the implementation of the company’s political and business objectives, maintained internal security and stability, and contributed to improving the living standards of its employees.
The Party Committee consistently aligned its activities with the company’s development strategy, implementing production and business objectives that met or exceeded the set targets. All cadres and Party members fully participated in studying resolutions and directives. Party development was also given due attention, with six new Party members admitted during the term, bringing the total to 34. Among them, two members were awarded the 55-year and 40-year Party Membership Badges, respectively, providing a clear testament to the organization’s continuity, stability, and strong tradition.

During the discussion session, delegates highlighted the important roles of two key resolutions: Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW on the development of science, technology, and national digital transformation, and Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW on promoting the private sector. These two resolutions are expected to serve as driving forces for Halcom to continue innovating, strengthening its capabilities, and making greater contributions to the country.
Since its establishment in 2001, Halcom has remained committed to sustainable development. The company has focused on applying advanced technologies and partnering with international organizations to bring renewable energy, clean water, and environmental projects to life.
Beyond its business operations, Halcom has consistently placed social responsibility at the forefront. The company has carried out numerous charitable initiatives, environmental protection programs, and community support activities. As a private enterprise, Halcom has also actively contributed its voice to policymaking. Chairman of the Board of Directors Nguyễn Quang Huân, in his capacity as a National Assembly Deputy and member of the Presidium of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee, has repeatedly proposed solutions to address challenges facing the private sector at the National Assembly and other important forums.
Party Organization: Aligned with the Development Strategy
From its beginnings as a small Party cell, Halcom has grown to establish a Party Committee with 34 Party members. The Party organization not only plays a political role but also helps shape the company’s values, culture, and ethical standards. This is an important factor contributing to Halcom’s stability and long-term development. Over the next five years, Halcom has set out several key priorities: continuing to invest in clean energy and sustainable infrastructure; strengthening the application of technology and accelerating digital transformation; expanding international cooperation and participating in global value chains; and promoting the role of the Party organization in strategic direction and corporate culture development.
The Congress elects the Executive Committee for the 2025–2030 term
Delivering guidance at the Congress, Mr. Nguyễn Anh Cường – Standing Deputy Secretary of the Dong Da District Party Committee and Chairman of the Dong Da District People’s Council – said that in the new term, the Party Committee aims to improve the working environment so that every individual has the opportunity to maximize their capabilities and creativity. Halcom needs to actively implement specific action plans, focusing on the implementation of Resolutions No. 57 and 68 to create competitive advantages and improve productivity and efficiency across the company. At the same time, building a strong corporate culture will remain a key priority, not only to improve employees’ well-being but also to attract talent and create a professional, transparent, and people-centered working environment.

The newly elected Executive Committee pledged to uphold the tradition of solidarity, responsibility, and innovation, while setting an example and taking the lead in all activities, with a strong determination to build an increasingly strong and transparent Party Committee.
