Based on a resolution of the Board of Directors of Halcom Vietnam Joint Stock Company issued on August 1, 2024, Pham Minh Tuan officially took up the position of Deputy General Director of the company on the same day.

Mr. Pham Minh Tuan joined Halcom Vietnam in July 2023, serving as Director of the Company’s Planning and Coordination Division before taking on his new role. With his strong professional expertise, Mr. Pham Minh Tuan has also been entrusted by the Company’s leadership with several additional responsibilities, including overseeing the Operations Division, comprising the Renewable Energy, Water and Environment, and Planning and Coordination divisions; serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of Central Wind Power Joint Stock Company; Chairman of the Board of Directors of Thuan Thanh Water Joint Stock Company; and undertaking various other key responsibilities related to business development.

Before joining Halcom, Mr. Pham Minh Tuan had many years of experience in renewable energy, real estate, and other fields at reputable domestic and international corporations and financial institutions. He held various positions, including Chairman of the Board of Directors’ Assistant, Project Director, and member of investment appraisal councils.

At the appointment ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Quang Huan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Halcom Vietnam Joint Stock Company, affirmed that this was an important milestone in strengthening the company’s Executive Board. The move aims to ensure greater consistency across the organization, streamline responsibilities and reporting lines, and strengthen operational oversight in order to achieve the company’s business and production objectives.

“The appointment of Mr. Pham Minh Tuan as Deputy General Director at this time will help ensure the highest level of operational efficiency as the entire company strives to overcome challenges and work toward achieving its business objectives for the coming period,” Mr. Nguyen Quang Huan emphasized.

At the event, newly appointed Deputy General Director Pham Minh Tuan shared that, in his new role, he would continue to enhance his knowledge and learn from experience to meet the requirements of his responsibilities. He also expressed his hope for the support and collaboration of the company’s employees, as well as timely guidance from the Board of Directors, in order to contribute to the company’s continued growth and development.

Over more than 23 years of establishment and development, Halcom has gradually affirmed its position in the field of infrastructure and urban development investment and consultancy. The company remains committed to investing in at least 300 MW of clean energy capacity and partnering to successfully develop at least five projects in water supply, wind power, solar power, real estate, waste-to-energy, and transportation. Halcom will also continue to leverage its strengths in consultancy services, while expanding the scope of its consulting activities into markets across Southeast Asia.
