On September 2 and 3, 2021, on the occasion of National Day, representatives of Central Wind Power Joint Stock Company (CWP) presented 220 gift packages to support people facing difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic in the three communes of Cát Chánh and Cát Tiến in Phù Cát District, and Phước Hòa in Tuy Phước District, Bình Định Province.

220 packages of essential goods (including cooking oil, seasoning powder, sugar, fish sauce, and instant noodles) were donated to support people facing difficulties due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, including 100 packages for Cát Chánh Commune, 60 packages for Cát Tiến Commune, and 60 packages for Phước Hòa Commune, with a total value of VND 50 million.

Central Wind Power Joint Stock Company operates in the renewable energy sector with the Phương Mai 3 Wind Power Plant (Nhơn Hội Economic Zone, Cát Tiến & Cát Chánh communes, Phù Cát District), with a capacity of 21 MW and commercial operation commencing in Q1/2020. This was the first wind power project in the province to commence operations. In addition to contributing to the economic development of Bình Định Province, the Company has also consistently accompanied and contributed to local social welfare activities.
