Vietnam is facing challenges in water security and climate change, exacerbating existing water-related issues. Although a system of legal documents related to water resource management has been promulgated, effective guidance documents are still lacking. Therefore, the issue of groundwater resource management is becoming increasingly urgent, especially as climate change is becoming more pressing, requiring effective management and monitoring solutions with a long-term strategic approach.
