Deputy Nguyễn Quang Huân reported to voters on some of the results of the second session of the 15th National Assembly and the activities of the provincial National Assembly Delegation at the meeting. It can be said that the results of the session continued to affirm the responsibility, efforts, and strong determination of the National Assembly, the Government, the Supreme People’s Court, the Supreme People’s Procuracy, and relevant agencies and organizations in preparing for, organizing, and conducting the session, ensuring that National Assembly activities are increasingly democratic, open, and transparent, clearly demonstrating that National Assembly deputies are representatives of the People, closely connected with the People, and subject to close supervision by voters and the People.

After listening to the National Assembly deputies briefly present the contents of the second session of the 15th National Assembly, voters highly appreciated the results of the session and raised their opinions and recommendations to the National Assembly and local authorities. Voters praised the country’s efforts and determination in preventing and controlling the COVID-19 pandemic, while also raising many issues that the health sector needs to focus on addressing, such as being more proactive in securing vaccine supplies, encouraging people to get vaccinated, more closely managing testing service prices, and addressing shortcomings in education reform, traffic safety and order, policies to support people whose livelihoods have been affected by the pandemic, delays in issuing land use right certificates for some projects and residential areas in the locality, and other issues. The opinions and recommendations raised by voters were acknowledged and addressed by local authorities and National Assembly deputies at the voter meeting.

Through the voter meetings, the provincial National Assembly Delegation wishes to listen to the legitimate concerns and aspirations of voters and the people in order to fulfill the responsibilities of National Assembly deputies, most importantly serving as a bridge between the people and State power agencies and conveying the concerns and aspirations of voters to the National Assembly. At the same time, the delegation hopes that voters and local residents can prepare themselves for a new phase, maintain good health, and join the Party Committee, authorities, and people of Bình Dương Province in economic and social recovery and development, adapting to the new normal while the COVID-19 pandemic persists; and calls on local authorities at all levels to continue raising public awareness of disease prevention and control, supporting people in understanding the law, and ensuring the exercise of each citizen’s rights…

At the voter meetings, National Assembly Deputy Nguyễn Quang Huân also presented a token of appreciation to express gratitude to the province’s frontline forces in the fight against the pandemic, recognizing their contributions throughout the challenging period they had steadfastly endured.
