In the morning of November 1 and 2, 2021 in Hau Giang, the Provincial Women’s Union held a ceremony to hand over shelter-home to members of the Women’s Union living in difficulties in Nga Bay city and Vi Tan commune, Vi Thanh city. Construction expense was donated by Halcom Vietnam JSC.
On the afternoon of June 30, 2021 at the Fatherland Front Committee of Hau Giang province, Halcom Vietnam JSC gave 5 shelters at the cost of VND 250 million to support extremely poor households in the province.

On Jan 8, 2021, the News Department (VOV1) and the Music Department (VOV3) from VOV cooperated with the People’s Committee of Ba Be District, Bac Kan Province to hold an inauguration ceremony the Na Ma school of Phuc Loc kindergarten, Ba Be district. Halcom Vietnam JSC. and other sponsors attended the inauguration ceremony and presented practical materials and equipments to the school.
On December 7, 2020, President of the VN Fatherland Front Central Committee Mr. Tran Thanh Man led the delegation to visit and give presents for the local that need support in Quang Tri and Quang Binh provinces. Accompanying the delegation were leaders of the provincial Party Committee and local VNFCC.
