Ahead of the 14th National Party Congress, conferences to provide feedback on the draft documents have taken place actively, reflecting the spirit of democracy, solidarity, and a strong sense of responsibility among all segments of society.
Mr. Nguyen Quang Huan — Member of the National Assembly, Member of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Halcom Vietnam JSC — put forward a number of practical recommendations on key issues including education, science and technology, and the environment.
He acknowledged the positive outcomes in strategic breakthrough development, resource management, environmental protection, and the increasingly improved living standards of the people. At the same time, he also pointed out several limitations, including inadequate measures to respond to climate change, unclear policies for the development of supporting industries, and the need for the planning system to undergo more effective evaluation.
Mr. Huan’s contributions have helped further promote the spirit of innovation, self-reflection, and self-correction, contributing to the Party’s orientation toward sustainable development and improving people’s quality of life.
