From 14–17 July 2026, Mr. Pham Minh Tuan, Deputy General Director of HALCOM Vietnam Joint Stock Company (HALCOM), participated in the 2026 Clean Energy Program organized by WOW Taiwan (World of Winners Taiwan) in Taiwan, alongside a delegation of clean energy enterprises from Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
WOW Taiwan is an international trade promotion initiative designed to connect Taiwanese businesses with global partners in clean energy, green technology, smart manufacturing, and sustainable development. The program brings together companies, industry experts, and innovation organizations across Taiwan, providing a platform to foster investment cooperation, technology transfer, and the development of green supply chains.
During the program, the Vietnamese business delegation attended a series of thematic discussions covering key topics such as the global energy transition, energy storage technologies, green supply chain development, and pathways toward achieving net-zero emissions. The delegation also joined a number of technical site visits to leading Taiwanese clean energy companies and technology facilities, gaining first-hand insights into advanced operational models, innovative technologies, and potential areas for future collaboration.
For HALCOM, the mission provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen relationships with international partners, stay abreast of emerging industry trends, and explore new cooperation opportunities in renewable energy, green infrastructure, and sustainable development. The visit also reflects the Company’s ongoing strategy to expand international partnerships, enhance project development capabilities, and access advanced technologies and financial resources to support its long-term investment portfolio.
