Halcom Vietnam JSC has been officially honored with the “Asia Excellent Enterprise” award at the Asia Pacific Enterprise Awards (APEA) 2024 ceremony.
The Asia Pacific Enterprise Awards (APEA) is one of the region’s leading and prestigious international awards, featuring multiple categories that recognize outstanding entrepreneurs and businesses across Asia while promoting networking, fair competition, and business development. 2024 marked the eighth year that the program was held in Vietnam. Organized by Enterprise Asia, a non-governmental organization focused on business development in Asia, the awards recognize businesses that demonstrate excellence, continuous innovation, and sustainable growth.
According to the organizers, candidates for the award underwent a rigorous evaluation process based on multiple criteria set by the judging panel, including financial audits, assessments of corporate data and leadership capabilities over several years, online interviews with company executives, and a confidential vote by Enterprise Asia’s international advisory council. Candidates were also required to demonstrate their business capabilities and experience, as well as their commitment to maintaining sustainable business standards.
Halcom Vietnam is proud to be one of 62 companies honored by APEA in 2024. Staying firmly committed to green and sustainable development, Halcom has, over more than 23 years of establishment and growth, gradually strengthened its position in infrastructure and urban development investment and consulting.

Alongside the continued operation of its renewable energy projects, in 2024, Halcom Vietnam focused on investing in the Nhon Hoi Economic Zone Water Supply System project in Binh Dinh, expanding the capacity of Thuan Thanh Water Plant in Bac Ninh, and launching the Phuong Mai 3 Resort Real Estate Project in Binh Dinh. In the coming period, the Company is committed to developing at least 300 MW of clean energy capacity and partnering to successfully invest in at least five projects in water supply, wind power, solar power, real estate, waste-to-energy, and transportation.
The consulting business also continued to build on its existing strengths, with the Company particularly focused on expanding its consulting services into Southeast Asian markets. Halcom Vietnam continues to provide the three core consulting service lines that have established its reputation and brand: engineering; environmental and social safeguards; and communications and community awareness.
Halcom was one of the first Vietnamese companies to sign an agreement with the World Bank to implement the Corporate Compliance Program (CCP), with a clear development strategy focused on transparency, fostering a healthy business environment, and promoting sustainable growth. In August 2024, Halcom Vietnam’s leadership was honored to be invited to attend and share its experience at the Asia-Pacific Anti-Corruption and Integrity Forum, held in Xiamen, China. The forum brought together more than 500 delegates from countries around the world.
Alongside its business activities, Halcom Vietnam has consistently engaged in charitable and social welfare initiatives nationwide, supporting families of people who have made contributions to the country, low-income households, children in remote mountainous areas, communities affected by natural disasters, and ethnic minority groups. For many consecutive years, the Company has also supported the “Joining Hands for the Poor – Leaving No One Behind” campaign, launched by the Prime Minister and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
