Halcom Vietnam Joins Hands to Support Communities Affected by Typhoon No. 10

In response to the appeal of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, on October 3, 2025, Halcom Vietnam JSC donated VND 100 million to the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to provide timely assistance to communities in Central Vietnam that suffered severe losses caused by Typhoon No. 10 (Bualoi).

Typhoon No. 10 (Bualoi) made landfall in Central Vietnam on September 28, bringing heavy rainfall, strong winds, flash floods, and landslides to many provinces from Thanh Hoa to Quang Tri. Numerous areas were severely flooded, transportation routes were disrupted, and tens of thousands of households were forced to evacuate. According to the latest report as of October 3, the disaster had claimed 51 lives, with around 14 people still missing. The total economic damage was estimated at VND 15.9 trillion.

In response to the appeal of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, nearly VND 700 billion was raised nationwide in just over one day. On October 3, the Vietnam Fatherland Front allocated more than VND 215 billion to 17 provinces and cities that were severely affected by Typhoon Bualoi.
