The Board of Directors and Executive Management focused resources on strategic areas, including renewable energy, water supply and drainage, real estate, and project development consultancy.

The company has successfully implemented the Nhon Hoi Economic Zone Water Supply Project (Gia Lai Province), which is expected to enter Phase I operation in September 2025. The Phuong Mai 3 Wind Power Plant (Gia Lai Province) continues to be optimized for operational efficiency, while the Thuan Thanh Water Plant (Bac Ninh Province) is completing legal procedures for Phase II, with the goal of bringing the plant into operation at a capacity of 12,000 m³/day. At the AGM, Halcom announced its long-term development plan for the 2025–2030 period. The company will also promote several projects in Cambodia and develop sand trading activities to meet the current demand for infrastructure development in Vietnam.

A new direction for Halcom in 2025 is to promote scientific and technological research on batteries and energy storage equipment to optimize clean energy sources. The company is currently completing national-level scientific research projects for registration with the Ministry of Science and Technology. This orientation aligns with Politburo Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, which emphasizes the role of science and technology and innovation as key drivers of development, while encouraging enterprises to participate in scientific research. This strategy not only enhances Halcom’s competitiveness but also contributes to the implementation of the country’s sustainable development goals.

Alongside its investment projects, Halcom is also focusing on expanding its consulting activities. The company aims to continue bidding for projects in Laos, Cambodia, and regional markets, leveraging its strengths in ODA and FDI consulting services.
