On January 10 in Hanoi, the Party Cell of Halcom Vietnam JSC officially received the Decision to establish the Company’s Party Committee, marking an important milestone in its development journey and affirming the leadership role of the Party organization within the enterprise. The event coincided with a thematic session featuring the meaningful theme “The Era of National Advancement,” with the participation of a large number of officials, Party members, and representatives from relevant agencies and organizations.
At the ceremony, representatives of the Standing Committee of the Đống Đa District Party Committee presented the Decision on the establishment of the Party Committee of Halcom Vietnam JSC. The establishment of the Party Committee was based on the upgrade of the Company’s Party Cell, which was established in 2007, thereby affirming the continued development and strengthening of Party organization within the company in recent years.

The Party Cell of Halcom Vietnam JSC was established in 2007 with an initial membership of eight Party members. The Party Cell has continuously expanded in scale, building an increasingly strong Party organization with a total of 32 Party members to date. Each year, 80% of Party members successfully complete their assigned tasks or achieve outstanding performance, and the Party Cell has been recognized as a Party organization that successfully fulfills its duties for many consecutive years. In particular, Party Secretary Nguyễn Quang Huân – Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors – is an outstanding individual and has been recognized as a model example in Party development work within the non-state enterprise sector.
With continuous efforts, the number of Party members in the Party Cell has steadily increased over the years, from 12 members in 2010, to 20 members in 2015, and 32 members in 2024. In 2024, the Halcom Vietnam Party Cell was also recognized as an outstanding Party organization for its achievements in Party building activities. In particular, the Party Cell achieved the title of “Excellent Four-Standards Party Cell” in 2024. In January 2025, the Party Cell was honored to receive the Decision on the establishment of the Party Committee of Halcom Vietnam JSC.
Speaking at the ceremony, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Đống Đa District Party Committee and Chairman of the Đống Đa District People’s Council Nguyễn Anh Cường affirmed: “Halcom Vietnam is one of the first non-state enterprises in Đống Đa District to establish a Party organization, which has since grown rapidly. The work of developing Party members has been carried out effectively despite numerous challenges from the early days, especially at a time when few non-state enterprises had established Party organizations. The company’s development in recent years, particularly today’s important milestone, demonstrates the right direction taken by the company’s Party Committee collective.”

Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Halcom Vietnam Nguyễn Quang Huân stated that after nearly 24 years of establishment and development, Halcom Vietnam has always identified the Party’s orientation and leadership as the guiding principle for the company’s growth. The implementation of the company’s processes and regulations has been carried out in accordance with the Party’s management approach. The company’s operations and administration are also based on the five principles of Party building, organization, and activities. This is why the core role of the Party organization has always been closely associated with the company’s development.

“The establishment of the Party Committee will open a new phase in implementing the company’s political tasks, contributing to the development of a leadership team with strong political awareness, integrity, and responsibility to help Halcom Vietnam continue its sustainable growth and contribute to the nation-building process. This milestone will serve as a great motivation for us to further affirm the pioneering role of the Party organization within the enterprise,” Mr. Nguyễn Quang Huân affirmed.
Following the presentation of the Decision, on behalf of the leadership of the Đống Đa District Party Committee, Mr. Nguyễn Anh Cường assigned tasks to the Halcom Party Committee in its new role and expanded scale. Accordingly, the Đống Đa District Party Committee requested that the Halcom Party Committee continue to promote the achievements and results obtained in recent years. In addition to strengthening political and ideological education, the Đống Đa District Party Committee asked the Halcom Party Committee to continue reviewing the working regulations of the organization and the Executive Committee, while further developing and perfecting the coordination mechanism between the Party Committee and the Board of Directors in business development activities as well as Party building work. At the same time, the company’s leadership should continue to demonstrate its role and coordination, contributing to further development and innovation of the company.

Prior to the ceremony to receive the Decision on the establishment of the Party Committee, a thematic session was held under the theme “The New Era – The Era of National Advancement and the Role of Private Enterprises.” Journalist and PhD. Nhị Lê, former Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Communist Review, delivered a presentation related to this topic. Dr. Nhị Lê provided comprehensive information and theoretical perspectives on the concept of “the era of national advancement of Vietnam.”

The delegates also focused on discussing historical lessons in the process of nation-building and national defense – an era of historical significance, as well as the country’s opportunities and challenges in the context of international integration. The thematic session not only provided profound insights but also inspired a sense of responsibility and the aspiration to contribute among the company’s officials, employees, and Party members.
Mr. Nguyễn Quang Huân affirmed that Halcom Vietnam has always identified its development path as growing together with the country and society, rather than moving forward alone. With the spirit of “Advancing together with the times” and developing alongside the nation at a time when the country is entering a new era, Halcom Vietnam aspires to contribute and advance together with the shared spirit of the Vietnamese people.
