On September 9, 2021, VKT-Hoa An Solar Power Jsc., a member of Halcom Vietnam, gave meaningful gifts to poor families and poor households on the occasion of the Lunar New Year, Tan Suu 2021 in Hoa An commune, Phung Hiep district, Hau Giang province to help people have a warm and happy Tet.
Hoa An commune is the largest administrative unit of Phung Hiep district, Hau Giang province, and is also a particularly difficult commune with very low income of the people. Residents of this place mainly live on agricultural production. The rate of poor households is over 14%.
Every year, the Party Committee and the militia make every effort to manage economic development, implement many social security programs to support policy families – poor households facing many difficulties. However, due to the relatively high ratio of poor and near-poor households, the implementation of the policy faces many shortcomings, especially during the Lunar New Year, Tan Suu 2021.
