On May 10, 2025, Mr. Nguyễn Quang Huân – National Assembly Deputy and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Halcom Vietnam JSC – participated in the “Businesses and Entrepreneurs” program on VTV1, Vietnam Television, with the theme “Breakthroughs from Resolution No. 68.” He shared his perspectives on Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW and the role of private-sector businesses and entrepreneurs.
Resolution No. 68 clearly states that the private sector is one of the most important driving forces of the economy, with a target of having 2 million businesses by 2030 and contributing 58% of GDP. The Resolution emphasizes institutional reform, reducing administrative procedures, protecting entrepreneurs, and promoting innovation. This marks a strategic turning point, opening a new era of development for the private sector, with the aim of enhancing competitiveness, deepening international integration, and contributing to the country’s economic development.
