Within the working agenda of the Work Bank Group’s integrity Compliance Officer – Mrs. Lisa K. Miller in HALCOM, she had a site visit in a number of projects that the HALCOM is performing.
Accompanying with Mrs. Lisa K. Miller were Mr. Nguyen Viet Dung – Deputy General Director of the HALCOM, Mrs. Jacqueline M.Beckett- Legal / Compliance Advisor of HALCOM, and some other Company’s members and project staff.
The mission had a working session and visited the sites of Vietnam Water and Sanitation Programme, Phase 3 funded by the government of Finland. HALCOM is currently providing technical assistance services for the programme.
During the meeting at the project office, the mission reviewed a number of activities related to the Corporate Compliance Program (CCP), Ms. Lisa highly appreciated the Programme’s activities in complying with the CCP’s regulations, and was quite happy with the CCP communication results that HALCOM had with its partners.
The mission also visited the site of An Thi water supply scheme in An Thi district, Hung Yen province. The mission inspected a number of operation activities and talked with consultants and operation workers.
It could be seen during the visit that the Company’s CCP program has been very pervasive, and all staff and consultants, partners of the Company understood and have seriously implemented the CCP.
