Established from consulting on water supply and environmental projects, during over 20 years of operation, Halcom Vietnam has provided consulting services for many large projects on urban renovation, upgrading and development, water supply and drainage, transportation, environment and resettlement, etc. The company has affirmed its leading position in consulting in urban infrastructure and sustainable development, which has been recognized by international organizations such as the World Bank (WB), Asian Development Bank (ADB) and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland (MFA), etc., and become one of the few domestic companies that can lead the international bidding joint venture and win the bid in ODA projects since more than ten years ago.

Halcom Vietnam can provide almost all types of consulting services for the entire project cycle following the WB or ADB model, from project formulation to Feasibility Study, detailed design, contract management  and construction supervision as well as sustainable development consulting services such as socio-economic survey, safe policy formulation, resettlement, environmental impact assessment and communication, community awareness raising.

This is affirmed through more than 400 consulting service contracts for infrastructure & urban development projects funded by the World Bank, ADB and Finland, Japan, etc. in all 63 provinces and cities across the country. Recently, Halcom Vietnam has expanded its consulting market to other countries in the region with the Sustainable Rural Infrastructure and Watershed Management Sector in Laos, funded by ADB.
