Hau Giang Solar Power Plant project has started the first steps. This is the second renewable energy project by Halcom Vietnam, after Phuong Mai 3 Wind Power plant (Quy Nhon, Binh Dinh).

By January, 2020, the project signboard and surrounding fence at site have been completed, ready for the construction start in quarter 1 of 2020.
