On January 3, 2020, President of Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee Tran Thanh Man visited and presented Tet gifts to state welfare beneficiaries and poor households in Thanh Xuan commune, Chau Thanh A district, Hau Giang province. Mr. Nguyen Quang Huan, President of Halcom Vietnam, accompanied and presented gifts with total value of 120 mil. VND.
On December 24, 2019, the first wind turbine in Binh Dinh province was installed completely and successfully at Phuong Mai 3 Wind Farm. Phuong Mai 3 project is invested by Central Wind Power JSC. (CWP), a member of Halcom Vietnam JSC.
Halcom Vietnam signed an export credit agreement with Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, the fourth largest bank in Germany, on September 19, 2019. The first disbursement date of the loan was December 20, 2019. The loan is used for importing 6 wind turbines that Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energey (SGRE), the world’s leading wind turbine manufacturing and supply company, supplies to Phuong Mai 3 Wind Farm project in Quy Nhon, Binh Dinh.
Quarter 4 in 2019 is the acceleration period for Phuong Mai 3 wind farm project in turbine installation and electricity facility construction in order to integrate into the national grid.
On Vietnamese Business Culture Day – November 10th, 2019, Mr. Nguyen Quang Huan, President of Halcom Vietnam, Vice President of Vietnam Private Business Association, joined the interview of Economics Forum on corporate culture. The program was live broadcast on the News channel, Voice of Vietnam (VOV1).
On Oct 17th, 2019 at Tokyo, Japan – Halcom Vietnam JSC signed a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Shizen Energy Inc., officially announcing Shizen Energy as a stakeholder and technical partner, indicating the start to a newly form international partnership in development of multiple renewable energy projects in Vietnam.
On September 29th, 2019, Halcom Vietnam JSC organized a successful Annual General Meeting of Stakeholders 2019 at Diamond Palace Convention Center, Hoang Quoc Viet Str., Cau Giay Dist., Hanoi.
On September 26th, 2019, the document No. 3525/VPUBND-KT was officially announced by Quang Binh People’s Committee on the research and survey of an 100MW capacity
The Central Wind Power JSC (CWP) was granted Investment Certificate on 24 August 2007 by Nhon Hoi Economic Zone Administration for the Phuong Mai 3
The contract was signed by Mr. Nguyễn Cao Minh – Deputy Director of BIDV Cầu Giấy branch and Mr. Nguyễn Đức Quyết – General Director of CWP with the witness of senior leaders of both sides.
At the signing ceremony, Ambassador Thongsavanh Phomvihane highly appreciated the collaboration between the two companies. The Ambassador informed that this is the first collaboration project
