In November 2021, the consulting team for Independent Environmental Monitoring and Resettlement – the Dynamic Cities Integrated Development Project – Hai Duong City had a kick-off meeting with Hai Duong Project Management Board and carried out a site survey for initial report preparation and task plan during the consulting service period.

In October 2021, Halcom Vietnam JSC. officially signed a contract on service provision of environmental and resettlement monitoring consultant for Dynamic Cities Integrated Development Project – Hai Duong City Sub Project, Hai Duong Province. The project uses IDA fund of the World Bank Group and counterpart funds from local/central budget and is expected to be completed in 2025

While COVID-19 situation is still complicated, which has caused serious impact to the country socio-economic, Halcom Vietnam JSC. has still put efforts to implement new investment projects, of which there is the Upgrading and expansion of Thuan Thanh Water Plant (Ho town, Bac Ninh province). After the completion, the project will help enhance the clean water quality, mitigate operational cost, increase investment efficiency and performance, as well as attract more potential and important clients in the province.

In the morning of September 9, 2021, The Due Diligence Conference for The Water Security and Dams, Reservoirs Safety Project for the 2021 – 2030 period, with a vision to 2045 took place with the participation and direction of the National Assembly’s Vice Chairman Nguyen Duc Hai.
On September 6, 2021, Halcom Vietnam JSC. and the Department of Irrigation, Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, Lao PDR officially signed a consulting contract on external/independent safeguard monitoring service for the “Sustainable Rural Infrastructure and Watershed Management Sector Project” implemented in Laos.
On August 27, 2021, Halcom Vietnam attended the Solar Energy Future Virtual Vietnam 2021 organized by Leader Associates. In the conference, representatives from Halcom Vietnam shared lessons learned from the implementation of the Hau Giang solar power project of which the company was the Investor and discussed challenges in solar power project investment in Vietnam. The conference has the participation of policy makers, project developers, investors, experts and domestic and international product & solution providers for the purpose of networking, updating market information, discussing and exchanging experiences on solar power.
On July 30, 2021, Halcom Vietnam JSC. donated 20,000 rapid test kits with the value of nearly 2 billion VND to Bau Bang district, Binh Duong province for the sake of prevention and control of Covid-19.
