On December 5 and 6, 2023 in Binh Duong, Halcom Vietnam Joint Stock Company coordinated with the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Binh Duong province and local authorities to visit and give 150 gifts to the poor, especially ones with particularly difficult circumstances in Phu Giao district and Di An city, Binh Duong province.
From the company side, National Assembly delegate Nguyen Quang Huan, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Mr. Pham Minh Tuan, Director of the Planning & Coordination and Project Development Department with the team carried out this volunteer activity on behalf of the Company. The program also had the participation of Deputy Delegation of Binh Duong National Assembly Nguyen Ngoc Xuan, National Assembly Delegate Nguyen Hoang Bao Tran, Vice Chairman of Binh Duong Provincial Labor Confederation, representatives of the Standing Committee of Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Binh Duong province with local authorities and a large number of local people.
The charity gift giving activity took place at Tong Kim Quang Pagoda, the first Khmer pagoda in Binh Duong province, where Halcom Vietnam Joint Stock Company awarded 100 gifts worth 100 million VND to households in difficult circumstances in An Binh ward, Phu Giao district.
Immediately afterwards, during meetings with voters in An Binh, Di An, Tan Binh wards of Di An city, Binh Duong province, National Assembly Member Nguyen Quang Huan also represented the Company to present 50 gifts worth 50 million VND to poor people in 3 wards. Also attending the event on the afternoon of December 5, representing government side were Mr. Phan Trung Toan – Standing Member – Deputy Committee for Democracy, Law – Ethnic Religion, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Binh Duong province; Mr. Vo Van Giau – City Party Committee member – Chairman of Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Di An city; Ms. Chau Hong Nga – Head of the Legal Department of the City People’s Council; Ms. Le Thi Mai Thi – Member of the City Party Committee – Secretary of the Party Committee of Di An ward, Di An city, Binh Duong province.
Speaking at the meeting with National Assembly voters, Nguyen Quang Huan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Halcom Vietnam Joint Stock Company, said: With a pioneering role in the field of investment and consulting on sustainable development of infrastructure – urban areas, Halcom Vietnam is always active in charity and social security activities to support policy families, poor households, highland children, people damaged by natural disasters, and ethnic minorities nationwide.
