TBDN) – Recently, Ha Long Investment and Consulting JSC (HALCOM) in association with some other enterprises visited and donated charity gifts to people in high-mountainous areas in Xin Man commune, Xin Man district, Ha Giang province.
Our gifts are small on price but it is HALCOM’s sentiment towards poor people
With the spirit “The leaves protect tattered ones” and “Do as you would be done by” as the good Vietnamese traditions, we want to share difficulties with poor people in high-mountainous area, HALCOM in association with some other enterprises organized a charity program to donate gifts to poor people in Xin Man commune. The charity team donated 240 quilted blankets and 2.4 tons of rice to people in high-mountainous area. The gifts are small on price, however, it is HALCOM’s sentiments towards poor people here where many difficulties remain in their lives and the hope that they will have a warmer winter.

Acknowledging small-but- warm gifts donated by HALCOM, Mr. Bui Minh Hieu – Vice Chairman of Xin Man district told us that: “The lives of people here are still hard and difficult. Many poor households think that today, they are enjoying Tet holiday”.
As one of the most difficult communes in Ha Giang province, Xin Man consists of 6 mountainous villages where are homes of mostly Dao and Mong ethic minority people. The commune has a separated and complicated topography with steep slope, severe weather conditions in winters, which all have great effects to the travelling and agricultural production of local people.
Representative of HALCOM expressed that the Company always strives to bring benefits to the community and society. This is a meaningful activity to practically bring a warner New Year for local people here.
