This year’s Horasis Asia Meeting was organized with 6 plenary sessions and 28 dialogue and discussion sessions from December 4 to December 5 with 250 high-ranking international guests and 450 domestic guests attending.
Horasis Asia Meeting 2023 in Binh Duong
Following the success of the Horasis Asian Meeting in Binh Duong 2018 and 2019 and the Horasis India Meeting 2022, this year Binh Duong province is the host of this Meeting.
Representing the locality, Chairman of Binh Duong Provincial People’s Committee Vo Van Minh said: With the coordination between Horasis organization and Becamex IDC Corporation, Binh Duong Provincial People’s Committee cooperated to organize this program. Horasis is a community with a global vision, organized in many major countries with the participation of politicians, businessmen and scholars from all over the world. Therefore, the Horasis Meeting is also an opportunity for leaders and the Binh Duong business community to connect with senior leaders, especially founders, chairmans, and general directors of leading companies. In Asia, participating in the forum, investors have the opportunity to jointly promote their image and find partners for each of their own business fields.
Within the framework of the program, Binh Duong province officially announced the title of Smart Community 2023 in the opening session of the Forum. Including 02 special thematic sessions about Binh Duong: “Binh Duong: Smart Community towards investment readiness” and “Binh Duong: Promoting innovation and technology 4.0”. The program will bring useful information and stories about the Binh Duong Smart City Development Strategy, promote 4.0 Innovation and Industry, and create favorable conditions for exchanges and access to technology partners for the business community.

Attending the Conference, Mr. Nguyen Quang Huan, Chairman of the Directors’ Board of Halcom Vietnam Joint Stock Company, and also a National Assembly Delegate of Binh Duong province, shared his views on the Asian economy at the meeting. Mr. Huan said: in the global economic context after the Covid-19 pandemic, conflicts in hot spots such as Russia-Ukraine, or in the Gaza Strip have created new economic-political correlations, making the world fluctuations and impacts on supply chains and industries globally.
However, amid challenges there are opportunities, Chairman of the Directors’ Board of Halcom Company – Representative of the National Assembly of Binh Duong province expressed his belief in the rapid and dynamic adaptation of the economies of Asian countries in general and Vietnam in particular in the sustainable development trend. In addition to requiring highly qualified human resources, leadership and management skills, and scientific and technological innovation helps to aim at raising human’s quality goals in the digital era. For the purpose of promoting trade, attract investment, and expand links between Vietnam and Asian and global countries, the key factors are fair, peaceful and responsible cooperation with mutual trust.
