This morning on 12th July, 2014, Ha Long Investment and Consulting JSC (HALCOM) held its 2014 annual General Meeting of Shareholders at the Company’s office.
The meeting was successful organized and the Reports on 2013 Business and Production Results and 2014 Business and Production Plan of BOD and Executive Board were adopted in the meeting. The profit division plan for 2013 was decided. It is agreed that Ms. Le Thi Anh Hong (HAL-RD staff) would take the place of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Ha (Deputy Manager of HAL-RD) as a member of Board of Supervision. It is expected that, under the directors, HALCOM will overcome challenges and obstacles to fulfill Resolution of the 2014 General Meeting of Shareholders as set out.
